Chocolate Heart-shaped Milo Pancakes

With berries for added yum!

Ingredients
  

  • 175 g cake flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 60 g castor sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 240 ml full-fat milk
  • 1 cup Milo cereal (crushed)
  • 50 g melted butter
  • Mix of berries and / or chocolate sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cake flour, baking powder and sugar.
    175 g cake flour, 60 g castor sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Mix in the crushed Milo cereal.
    1 cup Milo cereal (crushed)
  • Add the milk, melted butter and  egg and stir.
    1 large egg, 240 ml full-fat milk, 50 g melted butter
  • Spoon the mixture into a piping bag / ziploc bag and snip the end off.
  • Gently squeeze heart shaped pancakes onto a greased and heated pan.
  • Allow for about 20 seconds before flipping over with a butter knife
  • Serve with berries and chocolate sauce.
