Chocolate Heart-shaped Milo Pancakes
With berries for added yum!
Ingredients
- 175 g cake flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 60 g castor sugar
- 1 large egg
- 240 ml full-fat milk
- 1 cup Milo cereal (crushed)
- 50 g melted butter
- Mix of berries and / or chocolate sauce for serving
Instructions
- Combine the cake flour, baking powder and sugar.175 g cake flour, 60 g castor sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder
- Mix in the crushed Milo cereal.1 cup Milo cereal (crushed)
- Add the milk, melted butter and egg and stir.1 large egg, 240 ml full-fat milk, 50 g melted butter
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag / ziploc bag and snip the end off.
- Gently squeeze heart shaped pancakes onto a greased and heated pan.
- Allow for about 20 seconds before flipping over with a butter knife
- Serve with berries and chocolate sauce.Mix of berries and / or chocolate sauce for serving
