    • Step 2: Acknowledgment

      Once we receive your complaint, our complaints officer will respond to you by email or telephone to confirm receipt.

    • Step 3: Evaluation

      We will assess the complaint and may ask you for additional information.  Consequently, please keep the offending unit nearby. Your feedback will be evaluated in light of the rights and obligations outlined by law as well as what is just, reasonable, and practical.

    • Step 4: Closing out

      Where appropriate, feedback will be provided before closing out on your complaint.

      Should your complaint validate a replacement, we may ask that you provide your contact number and physical address to share with our third-party delivery service. Once your product has been delivered, the complaint will be closed.

      If you believe your complaint was not resolved fairly, you can escalate your complaint to the CGSO at https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/.
