Combine the cake flour, baking powder and sugar.
175 g cake flour, 60 g castor sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder
Mix in the crushed Milo cereal.
1 cup Milo cereal (crushed)
Add the milk, melted butter and egg and stir.
1 large egg, 240 ml full-fat milk, 50 g melted butter
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag / ziploc bag and snip the end off.
Gently squeeze heart shaped pancakes onto a greased and heated pan.
Allow for about 20 seconds before flipping over with a butter knife
Serve with berries and chocolate sauce.
