Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add chicken and spinach, season well.
2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 200 g baby spinach, 500 g chicken breast
Make a white sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk until smooth. Stir in cream.
50 g butter, 50 g flour, 750 ml milk, 200 ml cream
Layer lasagne sheets, chicken mixture, white sauce and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat. Finish with cheese on top.
200 g mozzarella, 250 g Serena lasagne sheets, 100 g cheddar
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
